The Lassus Scholars and Piccolo Lasso Choirs
Accompanied by the Orlando Chamber Orchestra

In a special tribute concert, the Lassus Scholars and Piccolo Lasso together with the Orlando Chamber Orchestra (leader, Gillian Williams) directed by Ite O’Donovan, will celebrate the bicentenary of the death of the great composer Joseph Haydn (1732-1809), with a performance of one of his most exciting early mass compositions, the Missa Cellensis in C (1772). The choirs will be joined by soprano soloist Vivienne Hassell in Haydn’s exhilarating Salve Regina in E.
